Dr. Scott is a six generation native from Grand Junction, Colorado.
- Graduated with a Doctorate and Master's degree from the Iliff School of Theology in Denver, Colorado and a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Colorado.
- Undergraduate degrees are in Music Education and Performance and Educational Psychology.
Dr. Scott comes to us from after servicing for 6 years at Evergreen United Methodist Church. He has served as Senior Pastor of the United Methodist Churches in Park City, Utah, New Castle, Indiana and other churches in Colorado Springs, Denver and Grand Junction. He began his ministry as a licensed youth pastor in 1979.
While serving as pastor in Park City, Utah in 2002, he was a member of the "religious service counselors," who provided worship experiences and counseling for the athletes for the Salt Lake City Olympic Winter Games.
