Chriustina Wedell is a member of St. Paul's UMC in Boulder.  After serving in the Peace Corps, Christina returns each year to Paraguay to continue to focus on education of the children.  She collects donations through her web site www.paraguayhope.org to provide scholarship money for enrollment fees, tuition, a uniform, notebook, pen and pencil.  The cost per child for 1 year is about $260.  Our generous donations last year helped further her work.  100% of the money collected go to the project.  Christina pays her own expenses to visit Paraguay.

Worship Service at the Meridian

St. Paul's offers a worship service for the residents at The Meridian on the second and fourth Sunday's for each month at 1:30 pm.

St. Paul's offers a worship service for the residents at the Mary Sandoe House each second Sunday of the month at 3:00 pm

Coverant Ministry

New Missionary we have chosen to support  is Mozart Adevu.  What a great opportunity we had July 31, 2011 to meet Mozart and his son, Tony and hear first hand his about his work.

Mozart works as the Africa Regional Coordinator for UMCOR's Sustainable Agriculture and Development Program.  His main focus is providing leadership in training of farmers identified by local churches and conferences in 6 African countries.

His work has already improved the lives of over 3000 destitute families in Africa over the last 4 years of service.  We look forward to helping Mozart further God's mission of feeding the hungry and poor.

BUMMP has several trips scheduled for next summer and next fall.  Check their website bummp.org for further information.  Space is available at this time. 

Community Table

St. Paul's regularly sends a team of volunteers to serve a free dinner to Boulder's homeless and hungry at Boulder's Community Table.  To volunteer to help serve, contact Scott Glancy at sglancy@eskimo.com.

The Service Committee is an exciting group that works on the Outeach and Missions  Efforts for our Church.

Missions includes projects we do in our nation and our world.

The committee is helping to better integrate outreach and missions into all of our ministries.
